All payments for memberships and services must be made in accordance with the terms specified at the time of purchase. Payments can be made online, by bank transfer, via POS terminal or in cash at Club reception.

Should a member request the cancellation of a membership, a refund for the purchased service will be issued at Club reception within a maximum of 3 days from the date of purchase.

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify BE LIVE FITNESS CENTER for any loss, damage or cost arising from improper use of the website or the Club's facilities.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.
