It offers a moment of quiet and disconnection between effort and rest. The body gradually regains its state of balance, and the mind relaxes.

A dedicated time for regeneration, at a slower and more conscious pace.
It supports wellbeing both physically and mentally.
Sauna Rules
The sauna is used at your own risk. The club does not assume responsibility for health conditions before or after sauna use.
General recommendations
- Access is recommended only for medically fit individuals.
- Ensure adequate hydration before use.
- Avoid large meals before entering.
Before entering
- Preparatory shower is mandatory.
- Towel is mandatory for comfort and hygiene.
After use
- A cooling shower is recommended after each session.
Duration and safety
- Recommended duration: 5–15 minutes, up to 3 sessions.
- If any discomfort occurs, leave the sauna immediately.
