The sauna is used at your own risk. The club does not assume responsibility for health conditions before or after sauna use.


General recommendations

  • Access is recommended only for medically fit individuals.
  • Ensure adequate hydration before use.
  • Avoid large meals before entering.

Before entering

  • Preparatory shower is mandatory.
  • Towel is mandatory for comfort and hygiene.

After use

  • A cooling shower is recommended after each session.

Duration and safety

  • Recommended duration: 5–15 minutes, up to 3 sessions.
  • If any discomfort occurs, leave the sauna immediately.
