HOUSE RULES

FOR CLIENTS AND MEMBERS

This document establishes the organisational and operational measures set by Club Management to ensure the normal conduct of activities for Club members, to protect their health, and to maintain order, cleanliness and the appropriate use of Club equipment. Knowledge, understanding and compliance with these House Rules is mandatory for all persons who frequent BE LIVE FITNESS.

Club Management recommends a physical and psychological medical examination before beginning any sporting activities, and considers that you bear responsibility both for yourself and for others who frequent the Club. Failing this, Club Management accepts no liability for any deterioration in your state of health.

Club Management accepts no liability if the deterioration of your health results from failure to follow the rules for using Club equipment (including the saunas).

Club Management accepts no liability for damage to your health and/or personal property resulting from unlawful actions by third parties.

Club Management accepts no liability for any physical injuries or loss of life occurring on Club premises.

The service provider will make every effort to prevent any events or situations that could cause harm to clients or Club members.

BE LIVE FITNESS accepts no responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.

Club memberships do not include a parking space.

Club services are available Monday to Sunday as follows:
Aviației: 07:00–23:00
Drumul Taberei: 06:00–02:00

BE LIVE FITNESS CENTER will be closed on certain days, such as public holidays throughout the year, and reserves the right not to operate on those dates. Special or reduced opening hours may apply during certain public or national holidays.

Club Management reserves the right to manage and adjust opening hours in special circumstances. Such changes will be posted at Club reception, online and/or on the official website.

Payment for services can be made at Club reception in cash or by card, via bank transfer to the company's account, or through online purchase on the Club's website and/or dedicated app.

By purchasing a session, entering on the basis of a 7Card, SanoPass or a membership paid directly to BE LIVE FITNESS, you are considered a Club member. You also acknowledge and agree to comply with these House Rules, understanding that non-compliance may result in the cancellation of your session or membership, at the discretion of management. A person who attends only a single session is also considered a Club member.

Upon joining as a member, you will have an active member account. The member account is personal, active for the entire paid and registered period, and cannot be transferred to another person.

Access to the Club is permitted only through your member account, with the obligation to check in at the turnstiles in the reception area every time you visit.

Those who request access without a profile photo matching the system used by BE LIVE FITNESS to manage its members will not be granted entry. Should a member refuse to provide a photograph to verify their identity on their member account, BE LIVE FITNESS reserves the right to deny them access.

Members do not need to book in advance for individual fitness training.

For personal training sessions, members should schedule directly with their chosen personal trainer, based on their availability and/or the schedule agreed with them.

For access to and participation in group classes (fitness/aerobic/cycling) organised by BE LIVE FITNESS and led by Club trainers, members must book in advance, subject to available places.

Bookings can be made via the member app or by contacting Club reception by message or phone. Depending on the booking method chosen, the member will receive confirmation once their requested booking has been accepted.

Club members are required to lock their locker in the changing room for the full duration of their training, following the instructions provided by the Club. Changing room lockers may only be used by members during the time they are training on that day's entry. Members are not permitted to store personal items in Club lockers overnight or for extended periods. Members are solely responsible for their personal belongings, which remain in their care and custody throughout their time at BE LIVE FITNESS. The Club reserves the right to check lockers at the end of each working day, at which point lockers will be automatically opened. Personal belongings or any other items found in lockers will be kept in a storage area. Nothing in these House Rules, nor any action or statement by a member, shall be interpreted as an obligation on the part of the Club to safeguard members' personal belongings or to take them into custody or storage. BE LIVE FITNESS is therefore exempt from any liability for the loss, damage (total or partial) or theft of members' personal belongings during their time on Club premises.

BE LIVE FITNESS CENTER reserves the right:

  • to modify the cost of services, their duration and operating hours in accordance with a decision by Club Administrator. Changes will be posted at reception, in the app and/or on the official website when applicable;

  • to notify members of the cancellation of a group class from the updated schedule displayed on the website, app and/or at Club reception, by phone call at least 1 hour in advance;

  • to select its clients and refuse entry to individuals whose membership has been cancelled, with or without refund;

  • to terminate the service agreement and cancel member accounts, without refund, for any person who violates these House Rules or any subsequent amendments.

Situations that may result in membership cancellation:

  • non-compliance with these House Rules;

  • theft or attempted theft on Club premises;

  • use of obscene or offensive language, indecent or violent gestures, or any behaviour that damages the Club's image;

  • improper use of training equipment, including damage caused by misuse;

  • poor personal hygiene;

  • destruction, damage or endangerment in any form of the premises where BE LIVE FITNESS CENTER operates;

  • failure to comply with the terms of the selected membership type;

  • providing incorrect personal information;

  • transferring a member account to another person for the purpose of using services in their place;

  • non-compliance with Club hygiene rules.

Club members are required to wear appropriate sportswear throughout their training (e.g. tracksuit, sports t-shirt, shorts or leggings, and suitable training shoes), and to use all equipment carefully and correctly, in accordance with the instructions provided. Failure to do so means the member assumes full responsibility for any risks or injuries arising from improper use.

Upon completing exercises, members must return weights and any other equipment used to their designated storage areas within the training space. To maintain hygiene standards, members must use a towel during training and dispose of waste in the designated bins inside the Club.

In the event of damage to training equipment, any other Club property, or any part of the premises, the person responsible will bear all costs for replacing or repairing the damaged item or equipment, where this is possible.

In the event of a power outage, clients and members must stop their activities in the training areas. If the outage lasts more than 15 minutes, they must follow the emergency lighting to evacuate the building. Failure to do so means Club Management accepts no responsibility for any incidents that may arise.

If an interruption to electricity or running water is a planned works event, Club Management will inform clients and members in advance.

Club members are personally responsible for any breach of public order on Club premises.
